Best sugar swap I've baked with

★★★★★

Swapped it 1:1 in my banana bread — it browns beautifully and there's no weird aftertaste. The kids can't tell the difference.

No cooling effect at all

★★★★★

I tried erythritol before and hated that cooling feeling. This just tastes clean and sweet, exactly like sugar.

Matt · Brisbane, QLD

Perfect in my coffee

★★★★★

Dissolves instantly in hot coffee and iced drinks. 0g net carbs fits my keto plan perfectly.

Sophie · Sydney, NSW

Great for caramel

★★★★

Made salted caramel sauce with it and it caramelised just like the real thing. Grabbing the twin pack next time.
